A high-energy, interval-based cycling and strength experience designed to build endurance, tone, and full-body resilience. We alternate between the bike and the mat in focused intervals, using cycling, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and weighted bars to elevate the heart rate while strengthening and sculpting the entire body. Monday & Wednesday 10:45 AM, Tuesday & Thursday 7:30 AM, Thursday 4:45 (Parents/Adult Pod) More Fit Pod Classes will be added soon!!
