Styku is a 3D body scanning system that captures a detailed model of your body in about 35 seconds using a small platform and camera. From a single turn, it records hundreds of measurements with high accuracy and creates a visual, three-dimensional view of your shape, posture, and body composition trends. Instead of relying only on a scale, Styku helps us see how your body is actually changing over time.

Styku is not about chasing a number or a “before and after.” It is a gentle, science-backed way to support your healing and movement journey with honest, clear information. The scan can show shifts in posture, alignment, circumference, and body composition that reflect the impact of bodywork, Fitness Pods, flow, recovery practices, and stillness. You step onto the platform in fitted clothing, turn slowly while the scan is captured, and then review your 3D model and key measurements with your practitioner. Your data is stored in a secure profile so you can compare scans over time and set realistic, compassionate goals together. You are never required to use Styku, but if you choose to, it can become a supportive tool that helps you see what your body is already doing as it heals, strengthens, and adapts.
