A chair-based stretch and strength class reimagined with bands, light weights, and supportive props. Using the chair and wall for stability, we build balanced strength, mobility, and confidence through seated, supported, and standing postures. Designed for all levels—from those who prefer not to get on the floor to experienced practitioners who value precision and support—this class uses tools to deepen the practice, improve form, and create a safe, empowering way to move.

Rooted in the idea of being anchored in what is steady, this class also invites a sense of grounding and trust—creating a physical and spiritual foundation that supports us both on and off the mat.
