A slow, controlled stretch-and-strength practice that invites both determination and kindness into the body. We move with grit, steady, focused, and resilient—while intentionally offering ourselves grace through breath, softness, and deepened stretches. Inspired by the spiritual truth that grace is freely given and meant to be shared, this class creates space to release pressure, receive kindness, and carry it outward. Together we breathe in compassion and exhale strain, allowing strength and gentleness to coexist.
