A rhythm-based cycling and Pilates-inspired movement experience designed to build strength, boost metabolism, improve endurance, and deep postural integrity. The class is structured in timed intervals, rotating between the bike and mat approximately every 10 minutes to integrate cardiovascular work, core integration with Pilates- based core and postural training. Expect controlled holds, breath - led engagement and intentional strength work designed to generate heat from within while strengthening the muscles that protect your spine and support efficient, sustainable movement.

Through intentional sequencing and mindful breath, we train the core, hips, and stabilizers to work together, creating a body that feels strong, balanced, and capable. This is a class for building definition, resilience, and control—so you don’t just look stronger, you move better.
