Prenatal Massage

As your body changes during pregnancy, added strain can develop through the lower back, hips, pelvis, legs, neck, and shoulders. Pregnancy Massage provides care designed specifically for this season. Supportive cushions and comfortable side-lying positions protect the abdomen while allowing skilled hands to address muscular tension, tired legs, fluid retention, and areas carrying increased demand. Pressure and technique are personalized to your stage of pregnancy and comfort. Research has associated regular pregnancy massage with reduced anxiety, improved mood and sleep, and decreased back and leg pain.
